Long answer: The delivery time depends on the complexity of your project. Some video scripts require more time than others to write. While discussing your work, we will do thorough assessment of what we need to do to write your video script. After the assessment, we will tell you the estimated delivery time. Once you place your order, we will do our best to deliver your video script within the estimated delivery time.

We accept payment through credit and debit cards offer by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Verve. You can also pay us using Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Payoneer.

We also accept payment through International Wire Transfer (SWIFT/BIC), ACH Bank Transfer, BACS Payment, and Faster Payments Service.

As a last resort, we can also set up a contract on Fiverr or Upwork if you want. However, since Fiverr and Upwork are freelancing platforms that have their own extra charges, you will be responsible for paying those extra charges.

You will be required to make an initial 50% deposit before we will start any work on your project.

The remaining 50% balance is due for deposit upon the completion of the contract and before the final delivery is made.

You may also opt to deposit the full contract amount at the beginning of the contract. Most of our clients opt to deposit the full amount upfront since each transaction has its own extra charges imposed by the payment processors.

If more revisions are still required after that, we will discuss the price.

In such an unpleasant case, please note that you will lose all rights to use our scripts for any of your projects.

After that, we will let you know the changes in the pricing and the delivery time.

Depending on your preference, we can maintain regular communication through email, Discord chats, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, or video calls.

We welcome your feedback at every stage of the project to ensure the final video script meets your expectations.

After we deliver the first draft of the script, you will review it and then provide your feedback.

To ensure we capture your feedback accurately, we prefer written feedback via email, Google Docs Comment, or Microsoft Word Comment.

Once we get your feedback, we will incorporate them into the revised video script.

Our initial quote includes all the costs for the project.

Any additional costs such as those for extra revisions beyond the 5 free ones or any additional services such as voice-over recording will be communicated to you at the appropriate time.
