2. Scripts provided by ETAVOD are intended for personal or business use by the client only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use by third parties is prohibited.
3. Upon full payment, clients will hold the rights to the script provided. However, we retain the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the content of the script complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure that the script does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We will not assume responsibility for any legal issues or disputes that may arise from the use of the script.
5. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to, financial success, marketability, viewership, or audience engagement, resulting from the use of our scripts. Any reliance the client places on such scripts is therefore strictly at their own risk.
6. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our scriptwriting services.
7. The contents, articles, and advice provided in the blog section of our Website are for informational purposes only and should only be used at the user’s discretion. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the contents or information on our blog.
8. We retain the right to use any ideas or concepts developed during the creation of scripts for other clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETAVOD, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or misuse of the scripts provided.
