How We Work
Stage 1: Contract Agreement
We will discuss your project. That will enable us get all the necessary details, such as the topics, the word counts for the script, or the number of minutes you are planning for the final video. We will also discuss the price for the project.
Once we have agreed on the price, we will setup a contract agreement, which will be endorsed by the parties involved in the scriptwriting project. If you also have an NDA, this is the stage we will sign it.
To initiate the contract agreement and start work on the script, we will send the invoice for the initial deposit, usually 50% of the agreed price.
Stage 2: Work In-Progress
Once you pay the initial invoice, we will start our own research on your project and then begin writing your video script. We will read relevant articles, news articles, blog posts, and books. We will also watch any relevant videos or similar media, which can help us write your script.
We will also read or watch any materials you might given us during our initial discussions. If your work require us to obtain or find specific media such as video clips, pictures, etc., this is the stage we will find them and include them at relevant parts of your scripts.
We will do our best to keep a record of all the reference materials we use while writing your script. Those references will be shared with you to enable you cross-check all the information in the script.
Stage 3: Submission and Revision
Once we are done writing the first draft of the script, we will share it with you for review and feedback. You will read it and then let us know if the script is okay or it will need modifications or complete rewriting.
If you request modifications or rewrites, we will gladly make them based on your feedback. Please, note that we offer up to 5 free revisions per script.
Stage 4: Contract Conclusion
Once you are satisfied with the script, we will make the final delivery.
However, if there is any outstanding payment you are to make, usually the remaining 50% of the agreed price, we will send its invoice. Once you pay the invoice, we will make the final delivery and send the conclusion letter.
With that, the contract will be considered completed.
