Long answer: The delivery time depends on the complexity of your project. Some video scripts require more time than others to write. While discussing your work, we will do a thorough assessment of the things we need to do to write your script. Following the assessment, we will tell you the delivery time. Once you place your order, we will do our best to deliver your script within the delivery time we agreed upon.

In your message, please include the details of your project, such as topic(s) and other information you might want to provide. Once we receive your message, we will set up a consultation to discuss your project further.

We accept payment through Bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer, and Upwork contract.

Please, note that PayPal is restricted in our country (Nigeria). So, we can't receive payment through it.
We also don't accept cryptocurrency payment.

Yes.

You will be asked to make an initial 50% deposit before we will start any work on your project. That is important to show your commitment to the contract agreement.

The remaining 50% balance is due for deposit upon the completion of the contract and before the final delivery will be made.

If more revisions are still required after that, we will discuss the price.

If after we try our best to revise the script to your satisfaction you are still dissatisfied, then we can resolve your dissatisfactions as outlined in our Refund Policy.

In such an unpleasant case, please note that you will lose all rights to use our scripts for any of your projects.

If there are changes to the scope of your project after the initial contract agreement, we will discuss them.
After that, we will let you know the changes in the pricing and the delivery time.

Depending on your preference, we can maintain regular communication through email, Discord chats, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, or video calls.

We welcome your feedback at every stage of the project to ensure the final script meets your expectations.

After we deliver the first draft of the script, you will review it and then provide feedback.

To ensure we capture your feedback accurately, we prefer written feedback via email, Google Docs, or Microsoft Word document.

Once we get your feedback, we will incorporate them into the revised script.

Our initial quote includes all the costs for the project.

Any additional costs, such as those for extra revisions beyond the 5 free ones, or any additional services such voice-over recording, will be communicated to you at the appropriate time.
